Halloween Makeup Inspiration 2011

Basically I got a piece of lace that I liked the shape of, positioned it on the area of the face she wanted, traced it lightly, then removed it and painted that part of her face in black. Then I put the lace back on her face in the same shape, and with a brush I dropped shimmer in through the lace, randomly, the blue and a little bit of the white. I blew the excess off, removed the lace and WHAM! I added an actual piece o lace in her hair as an extension-
